PURPOSE: An apparatus for confirming a telephone voice message is provided to store a voice message, received to a telephone, in the form of a voice file and to transfer it to the Internet so that the message can be confirmed in a remote place, without the necessity of an additional telephone number. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for confirming a telephone voice message consists of a hook-off processing part(10), a CODEC(20), the first control part(30), the second control part(40), a RAM(50), the third control part(60), a communication unit(70), and an arbitrary terminal(100). The hook-off processing part(10), connected to a trunk line, detects a ring signal received through a telephone network. The CODEC(20) transfers a voice signal, incoming through the telephone line, into a PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) signal. The first control part(30) outputs a hook-off control signal to the hook-off processing part(10). The second control part(40) converts the digital signal, transferred by the CODEC(20), in the form of a file. The RAM(50) stores the data converted in the form of a file. The third control part(60) checks every preset period whether the file-type data converted by the second control part(40) exist, and outputs a command to transmit to the Internet. The communication part(70) transmits stored data to the Internet according to a signal from the third control part(60). The terminal(100) displays the data transmitted by the communication part(70).
