FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing a binding agent that can be used for preparing roadway pavement. Binding agent used for preparing roadway pavement comprises bitumen and amine adhesion activating agent. Additive preparing by condensation of aniline resin with Captax resin and urotropin taken in the weight ratio = 1:1:(0.2-0.5), respectively, at temperature 100-130 C is used as adhesion amine activating agent. Indicated aniline resin is waste in aniline production forming in the process of synthesis and distillation of the end product and comprising 15-40 wt. -% of free aniline. Captax resin is waste in the stage of condensation of the end product in production of 2-mercapto- benzothiazole from aniline, nitrobenzene and sulfur. Invention provides the improvement of exploitation indices and decrease of harmfulness in production and exploitation of roadway pavements. EFFECT: improved properties of binding agent. 1 tbl |
