PURPOSE: A system and a method for a service for the remote control of home appliances are provided to prevent a control error according to the overlapped instruction execution due to a communication error occurring while a remote control process of the Internet home appliances through the online. CONSTITUTION: A web server(110) operates a web site receiving a remote control instruction for the appliances(200) from a customer, transmits the control data according to the instruction to the appliances(200), continuously displays an operation state received from the appliances on a web page, and informs the customer of the overlapped instruction occurrence. A data transmission server(120) transmits the control data transmission to the appliances(200), receives the operation state from the appliances(200) continuously, and transfers it to the web server(110). A database(130) stores the customer information, and the present state information and the control data of respective appliances(200). The appliances(200) is operated by receiving the control data from the data transmission server(120), and transfers the overlap of the instruction to the data transmission server(120). |
