Method for fastening heater coil to concrete reinforcing mesh using plastic clips with ratchet grip ends to clamp around heater tube and reinforcing bars

A method for fastening an electric heater coil (3) to reinforcing mesh (1) for concrete floors and walls uses plastic clips with curved middle sections to fit over the top of the heater tube and with interlocking ends. One end is profiled with ratchet grips while the other end has a socket to take the ratchet grip strap. A simple pliers shaped tool applies the clips in one simple operation, which can be semi automated. The connectors can also be used for other, similar clamping purposes.
