The surface (16) is dome shaped and the hollow space (22) is closed off and the top surface (16) is coated in material which is kind to the skin and/or absorbent, the material in sleeve form for preference (30). The sleeve or coating contains disinfectant or healing additives and the surface (16) has fluid outlets (28) closed off by peel-off film.
