The circuit arrangement has a constant current circuit (9,10) associated with each load (7,8) and a d.c./d.c. converter (11) connected between the current supply and the constant current circuits whose output voltage can be regulated depending on the voltage demand of the constant current circuits. The converter input is obtained from an OR combination of the load voltages.
