POLY(VINYL ALCOHOL) BASED FILM

摘要

A poly(vinyl alcohol) based film which dissolves in water at 20 ˚ C within 10 min, as defined in the specification, and exhibits a ratio (&agr;/&bgr;) of the storage elastic modulus (&agr;) at 20 ˚ C in a dry atmosphere to the storage elastic modulus (&bgr;) at 20 ˚ C in an atmosphere having a RH of 80 %. The poly(vinyl alcohol) based film has excellent solubility in cold water and is reduced in the change of appearance, and further exhibits excellent long-term durability with respect to the solubility in cold water.
