METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF HEAVILY LOADED COMPRESSION SPRING

摘要

FIELD: manufacture of coil compression springs from wire reinforced before coiling process. SUBSTANCE: method involves coiling spring; providing thermal processing, grinding of ends, thermal upsetting, shot-blasting riveting. Thermal upsetting is performed after shot-blasting process at temperature of 200-250 C. Method allows springiness of compression springs to be precise and stable with time. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and labor intensity allowing springs of increased dynamic strength to be produced, and improved springiness characteristics.
