摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a high-molecular optical waveguide at a low cost, in which a variation in the shape of a high-molecular waveguide material of an ultraviolet-hardened type due to a dislocation process is prevented, an optical wave guide is formed at an excellent printing quality, further the excellent quality is maintained even when the printing is repeated. SOLUTION: In the high-molecular optical waveguide in which a core and a clad are hardened by the ultraviolet light, recessed parts 26 of a recessed plate 25 is filled with a high-molecular optical waveguide material 11 which is dislocated onto a blanket 21, irradiated with an ultraviolet light, and thereafter dislocated onto a glass epoxy substrate 10 from the blanket 21, thus a highly precise pattern of the optical waveguide is formed.
