PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an inspection before starting for a detection sensor of boom moment and a detection sensor of operation table moment without using a weight. SOLUTION: When a switch 31 of inspection before starting is operated, the safety device 30 rotates an operation table and a moment calculation circuit 49 calculates a moment element value of operation table in a vertical face including an axial line of the boom among operation table moments affecting the boom from an operation table side in accordance with detected values by an operation table moment detection sensor 70 and a rotation position sensor 73. If the moment element value of operation table exceeds an allowable range stored in a memory 51, an alarming buzzer 61 goes off. When the switch 31 of inspection before starting is operated, the safety device 30 extends the boom from a completely contracted states and if the moment value detected by the boom moment detection sensor 35 exceeds an allowable range stored by a memory 51, the alarming buzzer 61 goes off.
