PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device capable of discharging a swirl washing water, achieving a stable swirl discharging condition in the whole range of controlling a degree of swirl while finely controlling the degree of swirl to be applied to the washing water. SOLUTION: An inner periphery wall of a first swirl chamber 206 in a nozzle head 200 is provided with an axial center path opening portion 206d into which the washing water flows from an axial center pointing path 223 pointing to an axial center N1-N2 of the first swirl chamber 206 and an axial center path opening portion 206d into which the washing water flows from a first eccentric path 222 pointing to a position eccentric with the axial center N1-N2 of the first swirl chamber 206. An eccentric path opening portion 206c and the axial center path opening portion 206d are arranged up and down in order along the axial center of the first swirl chamber 206. In such configuration, the washing water from the axial center pointing path 223 and the washing water from the first eccentric path 222 become hard to interface with each other in the first swirl chamber 206.
