PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate angle-of-rotation detector by correcting a detection position error that is generated due to a work error such as deterioration in the roundness of the internal diameter of a stator. SOLUTION: The angle-of-rotation detector is equipped with a stator 12 having one-phase excitation winding and bi-phase output winding, and a rotor 13 having a salient pole. The stator 12 has a plurality of teeth 11. The bi-phase output winding is wound around the plurality of teeth. The plurality of teeth include at least one of teeth where the number of the turns of the output winding is set to N, teeth where the number of the turns of the output winding is set to N±m (N and m should be positive integers and N>m should be met.), and teeth where the number of turns is set to m.
