摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding which may be a thin-wall molding being excellent in mechanical strengths and made from a thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) a thermoplastic resin which does not form an anisotropic molten phase and (B) a liquid crystal polymer which can form an anisotropic melt phase. SOLUTION: The injection molding is one which is made from a composition comprising 99-50 wt.% thermoplastic resin and 1-50 wt.% (B) liquid crystal polymer, wherein the melt flow rate of component A under the conditions of the processing temperature is 0.15-100, the flow initiation temperature of component B is 80-210°C, and the viscosity ratio (Aη/Bη) is at least 0.1 at a shear rate of 1,200 sec<SP>-</SP>1 at the processing temperature of component B and in which component B in the form of fibers of an average aspect ratio of at least 6 is dispersed in component A being the matrix, and in which component B is micro-dispersed as islands in the matrix phase being component A so that the weight-mean particle diameter of component B may lie in the range of 10-40μm, and at least 80 wt.% of the particles may have particle diameters of 0.5-60μm when the molding is heat-treated at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of component B under no load and then cooled.
