<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimmer system of luminous devices capable of being controlled by coordinating a luminance level of the luminous devices installed in the vicinity of a road with transmittancy of light in the ambient atmosphere and the ambient brightness. <P>SOLUTION: The dimmer system of the luminous devices includes a measuring section 100B for measuring the transmittancy of light in the atmosphere varying with a change in the weather such as rain, snow, sleet or the like, an illumination measuring section 200B for outputting the ambient illumination data 210B used for the foundation including the discrimination between day and night, a converting section 300B for converting measuring data 110B of the measuring section 100B into linear value while referring to the ambient illumination data 210B and a site controlling section 400B outputting a dimmer signal 410B for controlling the luminance level from a plurality of luminous devices 500 to the luminous devices 500 installed in the vicinity of the road. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
