PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the installation of an anchor bolt regardless of the length of the fitted portion of a section cover for the prevention of dew condensation which is applied to the exposed portion of an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: An insulation cover 10 is made of a thin plastic material and comprises a thread fitted portion 11, a nut fitting portion 12, and a washer fitting portion 13. An upper end surface of the thread fitted portion 11 is closed, and a wall surface 14 has a bellows shape and freely flexible. The washer fitting portion 13 is connected to the end face of the nut fitting portion 12. This insulation cover 10 is applied to a protruded end portion of an anchor bolt 4, a nut 5 and the outer surface of a washer 6 thereby preventing the occurrence of dew condensation.
