PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify physical constitution for an air-conditioner unit part, in a vehicular air-conditioner in which a plurality of diffusing opening parts are opened and closed by one rotary door. SOLUTION: A diffusing mode switching part 22 is arranged in an upper side of a heat-exchanging part 13 having at least a heating heat-exchanger 15 for heating air, the rotary door 27 is provided in the diffusing mode switching part 22 to be rotated around a rotary shaft 28 as the center, a circumferential wall face 27a for opening and closing the plurality of diffusing opening parts 24-26 is provided in the rotary door 27, the heating heat-exchanger 15 is arranged inside a case 11 to be crossed with respect to a horizontal plane, and a space 29 for a rotation operation of the rotary door 27 is formed ranging over from an upper part of the heating heat-exchanger 15 up to a side part thereof inside the case 11.
