DUST FEEDING DEVICE OF ROTARY KILN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a fixed quantity of waste to an inner cylinder even if a length of a screw conveyer is reduced in order to facilitate acquisition of strength of a screw. SOLUTION: The inner cylinder 8 is housed in, fixed to and made rotatable integrally with an outer cylinder 1 with both ends rotatably supported by a fixed and supported entrance pipe 5 and an exit pipe 6 in order to form a heating passage 10 between the outer cylinder 1 and itself. A feed pipe 11 and an exhaust pipe 12 connected to both the ends of the inner cylinder 8 and rotating integrally with the inner cylinder 8 are disposed in the entrance pipe 5 and the exit pipe 6, respectively, and the waste 14 fed into the inner cylinder 8 through the feed pipe 11 is converted into a thermal decomposition gas by external heat by a thermal medium 9 run into the heating passage 10. A screw blade 30 is mounted to the inside wall surface of the feed pipe 11. The waste 14 carried to the feed pipe 11 by the screw conveyer 15 having a length set up to the end part on the opposite side to the inner cylinder 8 in the feed pipe 11 is carried to the inner cylinder 8 side by a carrying function of the screw blade 30.
