PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing burr of parts by which the parts after the burr is removed are used without problems about the dimension, the surface structure or the like even if the burr is removed using chemicals. SOLUTION: A relation between a burr removing condition and a burr removing result and further, the change of the dimension in the state in many kinds of parts materials is made to be data using a plurality of samples and stored. The dimension of parts with burr before the removal of the burr is set by selecting a sample similar to the parts whose burr is to be removed, setting a condition to remove the burr based on the selection, examining the amount of change of the dimension of the sample in the set condition and corresponding to the amount of the change of the dimension.
