PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic resin composition which develops high-level antistatic properties for a long term and does not suffer from the bleeding of the antistatic composition used and to provide an antistatic composition used for the resin composition. SOLUTION: There are provided an antistatic resin composition containing 100 pts.wt. (a) thermoplastic resin or rubber, 1-50 pts.wt. (b) ester compound having an ether bond in the molecule (desirably, dihexyl glycol adipate or triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate), 1-20 pts.wt. (c) quaternary ammonium salt represented by formula (1), and 1-50 pts.wt. (d) layered silicate and an antistatic composition used in the resin composition and containing 1-50 pts.wt. (b) above ester compound, 1-20 pts.wt. (c) above ammonium salt, and 1-50 pts.wt. (d) phyllosilicate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
