摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy by improving the constitution for switching a gas flowing in a cell between a calibration gas and a measuring gas in an infrared gas analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: A gas introduction part 2 is equipped with a body 21 wherein an internal space communicated with the inside of a sample main pipe 4 is formed, a gas introduction pipe 22 inserted inside the body 21, and a calibration gas introduction pipe 23 connected to the body 21. At the reference signal detection time, the calibration gas is supplied from the calibration gas introduction pipe 23 at the higher pressure than the sample gas pressure in the sample main pipe 4. On the other hand, at the measuring signal detection time, the pressure in the calibration gas introduction pipe 23 is reduced lower than the sample gas pressure, and supply of the calibration gas is stopped. A narrowed part 25 for narrowing a passage area is interposed in the gas introduction pipe 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
