PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress centrifugal whirling of a counter drive gear and prevent gear noise from occurring by displacement of meshing with a counter driven gear. SOLUTION: This driving device with a motor includes an input shaft 11 connected to a prime motor, a motor shaft 41 that is an output shaft of the motor 4, a counter output shaft 12, and a planetary gear set 6 that drives and connects the input shaft, the motor shaft and the counter output shaft to each other so that power can be transmitted to them. And the input shaft is placed on an outer circumference of the counter output shaft in a coaxial relationship. The input shaft and the counter output shaft are connected to other two elements than those connected to the motor shaft on one side of the planetary gear set. The counter output shaft is supported to a driving device case 9 on an outer circumference of the both ends. For the input shaft, its outer circumference is supported on an inner circumference of the counter output shaft. Accordingly, the centrifugal whirling of the counter drive gear 51 on the counter output shaft is prevented, and then gear noise to be caused by displacement of meshing with a counter driven gear is prevented from occurring.
