PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document locking implement which can be stuck on a document and in which documents can be freely locked and separated without disturbing when a sheet is folded. SOLUTION: The document locking implements P, Q comprise adhesive layers 2, 2 provided on rear surfaces of a pair of bases 1, 4 in which surfaces are attached to or detached from each other by locking means 3, 5 in such a manner that shapes of the bases 1, 4 are each formed in a substantially right angled triangular shape. When the implements P, Q are stuck on the same corners of the documents 20, 21 locked by a staple 8 of a stapler, and the parts 9, 12 of the sheets for constituting the documents 20, 21 are folded to a rear side, the implements P, Q are housed in a region D of the right angled triangular shape generated at the corners.
