PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device picker for a handler capable of improving the efficiency in a test by simultaneously picking up and transferring two or more pairs of devices without complicating a constitution. SOLUTION: This device picker horizontally movably mounted on a loading space mounted on an main body upper side of the handler for picking up and transferring the devices, comprises a vertical plate 102 movably mounted on the loading space, two or more variable pitch blocks 104a, 104b horizontally movably arranged on left and right sides of a lower stage part of the vertical plate through a guide member in an adjustable state in left and right pitches, and a pair of pick-up members 110a, 110b vertically movably mounted on front and rear parts of the variable pitch blocks through the guide members, and connected to each other to be interlocked with each other in the opposite directions, to alternately pick up and release the devices.
