PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new solid type land formation method and its reclaimed land capable of forming living environment of a human being in heights to make ground leveling without destroying the natural environment, also forming a commercial area and an industrial area in the heights to completely divide them and, at the same time, forming the natural environmental area such as an agricultural area, a pasture area, a green belt area or the like on the surface of the earth. SOLUTION: The land formation method and its reclaimed land is so constituted that a high area 2 opened for making the lower surface as the ground surface 1 through a required height forming means is erected on the surface of a land having a required area, the other high area 2 having the same area as the high area 2 or a similar thereto, and while connecting both high areas to each other to separately provide at a regular interval, at the same time, the high areas 2 form the natural environmental areas 5 such as a road, a river, a forest or the like as the living environments 4 such as a house or the like and that the lower land is used as a non-residential area such as an agriculture, a cattle breeding or the like.
