PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration agent for the treatment or prevention of disorder in the healing of wound. SOLUTION: A compound having a skeleton structure of formula (II) and highly selective chymase inhibiting activity or its pharmacologically permissible salt is used as an active component of the agent for the treatment or prevention of disorder in the healing of wound, especially an agent for the treatment or prevention of adhesion and an agent for preventing a cicatrix.
