<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residue treatment system enabling residue treatment time to be shortened. <P>SOLUTION: This residue treatment system comprises a pyrolyzer 1 functioning to separate pyrolyzed oil and residues, a residue cooling conveyor 3 for cooling residues discharged, a residue discharge valve 4 via which the thus cooled residues are discharged, a nitrogen valve 5 for executing a nitrogen purge by feeding a nitrogen gas and sealing a treatment line, a residue hopper 6 for reserving residues therein, a residue discharge valve 7 via which the residues thus reserved are removed outside, a container 8 for carrying the thus discharged residues outside, and a control unit 9 provided with a timing circuit 10 for managing the respective residue treatment times at the conveyor 3 and the hopper 6 and functioning to control the respective treatment times at the valves 4 and 7 and the conveyor 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
