PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe unit at a low cost, with its heat efficiency improved for a reduction in the running cost by pinching pipes, laid in a specified pattern, in between a pair of soaking members for integration, suitable for use for instance with a heat medium circulation type floor heating panel. SOLUTION: In this pipe unit 1, pipes 4 laid in a specified pattern are integrated by pinching them in between soaking members 2, 3.
