CYLINDRICAL BELT INSERTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly insert a cylindrical belt in the outer circumference of a tubular body without causing a local distortion and deformation only by performing an extremely simple manual work beforehand without requiring any force.

SOLUTION: A plurality of enlarged units 7 each comprising a lock claw 8 capable of locking a lower end opening edge 1e of the cylindrical belt 1 and an air cylinder 9 driving and moving the lock claw 8 in the diametrically outward the cylindrical belt 1 are mounted on a movable plate member 5 which is so constituted as to be driven and freely raised/lowered relative to a pipe body set base 3 fixing and supporting a pipe body 2 in a lower end part in its axial direction. While an air jetting hole 11 capable of jetting the air outward is provided adjacent to one end part in the axial direction of the tubular body 2.
