PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer tube resistant to a liquid for an air conditioner, a liquid containing a volatile substance, a coolant for an engine, and oil. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer tube, the first outer layer (1) of a vulcanized elastomer, the second layer (2) of EVOH or a mixture of EVOH, the third layer (3) of a mixture of a polyamide (A) forming a matrix an a polyolefin (B), and an inner optional layer (4) of a vulcanized elastomer and formed radially in turn from the outside to the inside, and adjacent layers are adhered to each other in respective contact areas. A bonding layer can exist between the outer layer and the third layer. The tube can contain a reinforcing fabric layer of polyester fibers or metal fibers. The outside diameter of the tube is 8-2,500 mm, the thickness of the EVOH layer is 10-200μm, the thickness of a mixture of the polyamide of the matrix and the polyolefin (B) is 25-500μm, and the thickness of the optional bonding layer is 10-100μm.
