PURPOSE:To perform recording of the picture only when picture recording is required and extend the effective picture recording time, by providing the sensor which senses the abnormal state and by controlling the VTR drive by the alarm signal of this sensor. CONSTITUTION:The video from monitor camera 1 is always projected to monitor 3. The existence of the human being is detected by sensor 2, and VTR controller 4 drives VTR5 by this detection signal. As this used sensor, the sensor which generates infrared rays to sense the abnormal state or senses the abnormal state due to the temperature difference of the object or detects the abnormal state to generate the alarm signal is used. |
