<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation facility which maximally uses energies capable of being used in an area having the facility set thereto, thereby enabling the minimization of cultivation energy supplied from outer suppliers. <P>SOLUTION: This cultivation facility for cultivating crops in the cultivation medium of a cultivation bed is characterized by disposing a heat transmission device for heating or cooling the cultivation medium in the bottom or inner portion of the cultivation bed and giving one or more heat energies from an electric power transmitted from a solar battery or a wind power plant set to an area where the cultivation bed is placed, or from an underground dam or an ice storage tank to the heat transmission device, thereby directly heating or cooling the cultivation medium. It is desirable to pass water stored in the underground dam or a heat medium subjected to a heat exchange with the water through the heat transmission device to directly heat or cool the cultivation medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
