DETECTIVE SET FOR PATHOGENIC MICROBE OR TOXIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of a primer and probe capable of easily and quickly detecting more pathogenic microbes or biologically derived toxins from sludge or biological samples or the like in an environment under the identical conditions.

SOLUTION: This set is based on successfully finding a combination of a primer and a probe each shown by a specific sequence and enabling the respective genes of 18 kinds of pathogenic microbes and 5 kinds of biologically derived toxins to be amplified and detected under the identical reaction conditions. Using this set, a plurality of pathogenic genes can quickly be detected.
