PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a harmful effect to an internal machine or reduce the occurrence of discomfort to operators caused by dust in a draw-cut cutter. SOLUTION: A cover 9 consists of a holder cap 7, a sleeve 10 externally packed in a cutter 1 to cover intake ports 8, 8 and a cover board 11 extended and arranged on the right side of the sleeve 10 in a tilting position. The sleeve 10 is in intimate contact with the surface of a housing 2 and a handle housing 3 that contains the part of the holder cap 7. However a space created on revolt parts 12 and 12 that has no contact with the handle housing 3 and created between the intake ports 8, 8 is opened only to the backward side in the part of the sleeve 10 that covers the intake ports 8, 8.
