PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make wastes usable for greening after completion of landfill and avoid hindering the work of driving a stake in a remaining site. SOLUTION: A landfill management system 1 for wastes comprises a hard disk 3 as a memory capable of storing data relevant to chemical and other properties and characteristics of wastes 2 as characteristic information data, a GPS measurement apparatus for measuring landfill blocks 5 formed by filling prescribed sites in a planed landfill region 4 with respectively optional quantities of the wastes 2, and a computing apparatus 7 as a computing means for carrying out prescribed computation of the resulting values of the landfill blocks 5 measured by the GPS measurement apparatus as the GPS measurement data.
