PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate drop in the operation of game machines attributed to type-wise reception processing in dispensing processing. SOLUTION: The apparatuses for games installed corresponding to game machines receive record media for games having value specifying information for games and storage value specifying information at least recorded therein and performs the first dispensing processing for dispensing game media corresponding to the levels of specified values for games and the second dispensing processing for dispensing the game media corresponding to the levels of specified storage values. The apparatuses each include a value for game specifying means which performs a processing for specifying the levels of the values for games based on information for specifying the values for games, a possessor identifying information receiving means which receives possessor identifying information for specifying possessors of the record media for games, a collation processing means which performs a collation processing for the collation of the possessor identifying information according to demands to the effect of requiring the second dispensing processing from players.
