PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat type whole body massage machine, having high durability to the repeated bending operations of a body frame, and capable of smoothing running of massage rollers at the bent part. SOLUTION: This massage machine includes a pair of reels mounted at one end part in the longitudinal direction of a body frame 2, a flat elastic belt drawn out from one of the reels with the cross direction laid along a guide rail 10 (11) toward the cross direction of the body frame, turned back by a reversing pulley at the other end part of the body frame, again taken up on the other of the paired reels with the cross direction laid along the guide rail toward the cross direction of the body frame, and guided along the guide rail so that the outgoing part and the return part are running side by side within the range laid along the guide rail, and to which movable massage units 7, 9 are connected, and a rotation driving source for driving the reels so that the elastic belt is taken up by one of the paired reels and let out by the other.
