PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel regeneratable without working the surface of a base body again and newly manufacturing the base body, and having a little restriction in size. SOLUTION: This grinding wheel 1 is formed of the base body 10 and an abrasive grain layer 20 formed on the surface 10a of the base body 10 by plating and grinding a grinding object material.
