METHOD AND SYSTEM OF LIGHT BEAM MACHINING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably transport a work on a stage in a method of beam machining and a light beam machining system in which a prescribed machining is performed by transporting the single work on the stage and irradiating the work with the light beam.

SOLUTION: The prescribed laser beam machining by a laser beam irradiation means 15 comprises: the work is located at a machining site at noncontact by blowing air with an air control means 17 through a port 19 formed on the stage when the work (paper) transported by a belt transportation part 13 is introduced into the stage 12; and the work is sucked and fixed on the stage 12 when the air control means 17 sucks the air through the port 19 when machined.
