PURPOSE: A wire feeder used for a welding device is provided to easily convey a welding wire into a torch or into an auto carriage by installing a conveying motor on the wire feeder. CONSTITUTION: A wire feeder(101) includes a wire spool(103) installed at one side of a body(102) of the wire feeder(101). A welding wire is wound around the wire spool(103). The body(102) is spaced from the wire spool(103) by a predetermined distance. A wire output terminal of a first motor(104) is connected to a wire input terminal of a second motor(112) through an adapter(113) in the body(102). Driving rollers(105,114) and pressing rollers(106,115) are coupled to the first and second motors(104,112), respectively. The driving rollers(105,114) are connected to rotating shafts of the first and second motors(104,112) and the pressing rollers(106,115) press the wire towards the driving rollers(105,114). A control section(107) is installed at one side of the body(102) in order to control conveying speed of the wire.
