摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming a liquid crystal layer of a reflective liquid crystal display is provided to improve the productivity by reducing time required for a process and reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate(40) has a reflective electrode. An upper substrate has a color filter. The lower substrate and the upper substrate are bonded by interposing a liquid crystal layer(50). A mixture(20) of a monomer(11) having a certain viscosity and liquid crystal molecules(12) is transferred to an APR(Aseikasei Photosensitive Resin) plate patterned in a predetermined shape. The APR plate is arranged on the lower substrate. The APR plate is pressed to apply the mixture of the liquid crystal molecules and the monomer on the lower substrate. The APR plate is detached from the lower substrate.
