摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fringe field switching liquid crystal display is provided to improve the transmissivity of light and a viewing angle by generating concentration of light and forming a strong horizontal field. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate(100) employs a pixel part(II) and a thin film transistor part(I). A plurality of grooves(102) are formed at the pixel part by etching a part of the pixel part by a photolithography. A first conductive pattern(104) is formed to cover the grooves. A gate(105) is formed at the thin film transistor part. An insulating film(106) is formed on a front surface of the substrate including a source/drain(110). A passivation film(120) is formed on the front surface of the substrate including the source/drain. Second conductive patterns(130) are formed at places corresponding to the grooves.
