PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily edit a hierarchical chart in a tree structure such as organization chart on a screen. SOLUTION: Information on the organization chart is stored in a personnel database 50. An organization chart preparing part 60 reads the organization chart information out of this personnel database 50 and displays the organization chart on the screen of a display device 30. When a user instructs a 'change' to an employee or belonging section on the organization chart through an input part 20, an organization chart editing part 70 conducts the instruction and changes the organization chart. Then these change contents is reflected in the personnel database 50. Besides, an order processing part 90 prepares an order record corresponding to the employee to whom the personnel change is applied by changing the organization chart and stores this record in an order history file 56. This order record is printed out though a printer 40 as a personnel order statement. |
