PURPOSE: A method for giving a radio service in a communication system is provided to broadcast a situation of a communication subscriber to an originating subscriber with a voice, based on a choice of the communication subscriber if the communication subscriber cannot answer the phone, thereby enabling various radio services by subscriber situations. CONSTITUTION: A radio service is set(S61). If a mobile subscriber B attempts a call connection to a mobile subscriber A(S62), an MSC senses a call from the mobile subscriber B(S63), and confirms whether the subscriber A sets the radio service(S64). If so, the MSC requests an internal radio service controller to deliver the radio service(S65). A radio service processor delivers the radio service to the subscriber B(S66). The MSC delivers a voice service for confirming whether a voice message system is connected(S67). If so, the MSC connects the subscriber B with the voice message system(S68).
