AUTOMATIC WELDING METHOD BY USING CUT-WIRE TYPE FILLER

PURPOSE: An automatic welding method is provided to make welding speed fast and to flexibly use AC and DC in a welding process while reducing a gap by improving composition of welding solvent. CONSTITUTION: Base material(10) is arranged in a butt welding position. Backing material(20) is attached under the base material(10) corresponding to a gap formed between base material(10). Backing material(20) includes metal, copper or refractory solvent. A base(30) is attached to a bottom surface of backing material(20). The base(30) includes an aluminum tape and applies predetermined tensioning force to the bottom surface of backing material(20). Both ends of the base(30) are adhered to the bottom surface of base material(10). A cut-wire type filler(40) is filled in the gap formed between base metals(10).
