A mincing machine for meat and other food is equipped with material feeding elements which pass the material through perforated discharge elements. Rotating cutter blades cooperate with the perforated discharge elements and an additional forced circulation element provides a positive displacement of the material. This prevents clogging of the perforations by tendons which leads to a stoppage of the material feed and its undue temp. rise. |
