CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITION HAVING POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A conductive polymer composition is provided to improve a mechanical physical property, a manufacturing property and a positive temperature coefficient property by controlling a minute structure of a conductive minute particle and an elastomer particle. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer composition includes a thermoplastic resin, an elastomer particle and a conductive minute particle filler, and the elastomer is dynamically crosslinked. The conductive polymer composition includes the thermoplastic resin of 100 weight%, the elastomer particle of 5 to 50 weight% and the conductive minute particle filler of 30 to 200 weight%. The conductive polymer composition further includes a crosslinking agent of 0.01 to 0.5 weight% with respect to the thermoplastic resin of 100weight%.
