PURPOSE: A transfer belt cleaning device of an electrophotographic image forming system is provided to prevent a developer left on a transfer belt from contaminating the back side of the belt, a transfer back-up roller and a driving roller. CONSTITUTION: A transfer belt cleaning device(270) of an electrophotographic image forming system includes a front cleaning blade(271) and a back cleaning blade(272). The front cleaning blade closely adhere to the front side of the transfer belt. The back cleaning blade is placed opposite to the front cleaning blade, having the transfer belt between the front and back cleaning blades. The front cleaning blade and the back cleaning blade are integrated with each other to surround the transfer belt. The front cleaning blade surrounds at least one side of the transfer belt.
