PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging supporter of a low-temperature vessel which can at all times position the low-temperature vessel which is installed in a cylindrical outside vessel having a bottom and is internally held at low temperatures of 0°C or less to a fixed position without being affected by thermal shrinkage of the low-temperature vessel support member and the low- temperature vessel, at normal temperatures and extremely low temperatures. SOLUTION: In the arrangement of a hanging supporter of a low-temperature vessel, the low-temperature vessel which is installed in a cylindrical outside vessel having a bottom and is internally held at low temperatures of 0°C or less, and is hung down by a hanging mechanism installed in an intermediate space formed between the outside vessel and the low-temperature vessel from an upper part of the outside vessel. The hanging mechanism has two pin coupling parts and four links for connecting an upper end part with a lower end in a rhombic shape, respectively. A tie bar mechanism which holds a height position of the low-temperature vessel to a fixed height by expanding and contracting according to the expansion and contraction due to temperature change of the link and the low-temperature vessel is interposed between the two pin coupling parts.
