PURPOSE: Provided is a gel type deodorant composition for a refrigerator which has excellent initial deodorizing effect, long-term maintenance and high temperature stability, and does not remit the adsorbed odor. CONSTITUTION: The gel type deodorant composition for a refrigerator comprises 0.05 to 10 wt% of a metal complex such as zinc-ricinoleate, 0.01 to 10 wt% of a natural extract having anti-bacterial effect, 0.3 to 3 wt% of a gelling agent and the balance of water. Preferably, the natural extract is one or more materials selected from the group consisting of horseradish oil, lemon-grass oil and a natural plant distilled liquid. The deodorant composition may further comprise a deodorizing aid and an adsorption enhancer. |
