<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit in which the delay time can be adjusted without requiring a remodeling work of the delay circuit incident to alteration of a mask. <P>SOLUTION: The delay circuit comprises a plurality of inverters 1-6 connected in series and outputting a signal having a specified time lag behind a signal inputted to an input end from an output end, a plurality of output branch lines L1-L3 branched from the series connection and being connected with the output end of inverters 2, 4 and 6, an output signal line OUT provided to intersect the plurality of output branch lines L1-L3 while being insulated by an insulation film and making possible electrical connection with the output branch lines L1-L3 through thermal fusion by removing the insulation film at the intersection externally, and a contact C2 for connecting the output signal line OUT and the output branch line L2 at a specified intersection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
